Had another amazing day gaming here at the Elephant household!
So many friends stopped by and brought their kiddos.
Here's some photos of some of the games we played.

Little Devils
This game is always a hit everytime we bust it out. In the end my daughter won by a slim margin. Great little card game I highly recommend!

Kemet

Overall, I wasn't highly impressed with Kemet. Maybe we didn't get all the rules correct or maybe it simply wasn't a game I enjoy. Either way, I did pull out a win and my wife wanted to play again. I was shocked as she usually isn't much of a miniatures skirmisher.

LotR Deckbuilder

We ALL enjoyed this one! Very similar to the DC deckbuilder, but if I had to choose one of the two, I would go with LotR. Not sure why, but I do feel it works better. Makes more thematic sense? I don't know, all I do know is I bought the game after playing.

More of Kemet being played. I ended up getting a War Elephant (go figure) and it was simply awesome!

Guildhall

Guildhall was very enjoyable! Maybe lasted a tad longer than I expected, but other than that, very fun to play. Good amounts of strategy and backstabbery which I love! Carmen ended up winning at the end by a very slim margin. I needed a Farmer on my turn that would of ended the game. On her next turn she won. If not, Kevin would of won the game on his turn. Then Bill said he would of. So, very close and I do recommed this game!

SMASH UP!

We played with the expansion Awesome 9K as well. Had a great time. Funny thing, we ended up randomly drawing out all the newer decks. In the end Ken pulled out a victory with a Zombie/Plants combo. Stupid Zombies. :)

This was close to the end of Guildhall

More on Kemet. Those miniatures are simply AWESMOME!

Garden Dice

Garden Dice was really fun! It seems very light, but has a bit of meat to it. You must plan out a strategy and hope you roll well for placement. This was the first time we played this game and I feel I'd be happy to try again. In the end, I pulled out a narrow victory over Lee who came in second.

Here is the final scoring in Garden Dice. Me - Green, Lee - Red, Carmen- Yellow, Ken - Blue

Kingdom Builder

Busted out a game of Kingdom Builder. I was upstairs at this time, so I don't know who ended up winning. This was the first time 3 of the guys played the game and they seemed to enjoy it. I will have to try this another time. Simply too many games!!! :)

Another shot of Guildhall.

Overall a fantastic day of gaming. I'm already excited about the next one we have planned!
